The fact that the LibDems have now picked up on Bournemouth-Ringwood (which presumably would (at least in part) follow the route of the old line from Christchurch) suggests to me that a rail link to Ringwood is now quite firmly on the national agenda.<br /><br />From our perspective, the good news is that if either proposal went ahead under NR auspices, Blandford (the population of which is not far below that of Ringwood) could potentially be reconnected to the network far more quickly than we originally anticipated.Anna Metcalfenoreply@blogger.com
