update

We've had a bit of a crisis here - Debs was rushed to hospital with a suspected heart attack but it looks now like it's a gastric ulcer. So I haven't been able to do much on the blog today. There is absolutely loads happening on the S&D front and I hope to catch up with things as the week progresses.

I had a phone call from Debs an hour or so ago and she sounded much happier so things are looking up.
