It's going to take more than six inches of snow to keep the hardy New Somerset and Dorset rebuilders from their work!

    True but no need to have a go at John Maynard Keynes. Considering that his theories have worked austerity is a complete disaster your remark made little sense and was a little bit uncalled for.
