back from switzerland
A few tasters from our week in Switzerland - highlight was a trip over the Montreux-Oberland-Bernoise Railway (MOB). Weather was superb throughout, except on the day we left when the village was shrouded in cloud!
Back to new member sign ups, donations and a plan for Spetisbury!
More to follow on Switzerland and the S&D!

very concerned to see the lack of fences by Swiss railway lines! they must kill thousands? i mean, we in the UK spend millions on lovely palisade fencing, and not because it looks nice?
did McNulty miss that bit?
Or indeed the many miles of Swiss lines that run long passenger and freight trains along public roads, often going against one way traffic! Millions dead every year, whilst not one person falls victim to heavy lorries and cars driven by amateur drivers ...
Oh that reminds me, rails have been in Britannia Bridge for a while now, unfenced, trains and road traffic using same tarmac. The body count must be truly horrendous by now, why nothing in the news about that LOL
